Nick Willis

Regional Security Manager – Cisco Systems

 

Nick Willis is a Regional Security Manager for Cisco Systems.

As the worldwide leader in IT Networking solutions and top 100 fortune 500 organisation, he is responsible for delivering multiple aspects of protective security in areas including managed events, business travel, executive protection and crisis management.

Responsible for the EMEAR region, Nick oversees security and incident management for multiple Cisco event programs, including Cisco Connect, Mobile World Congress and IoT World Forum. Most recently he supported Cisco Live 2018, a week-long event held at the Fira Grand Via Convention Centre in Barcelona.

Prior to joining Cisco, Nick enjoyed an 18-year career within UK Law Enforcement working within a variety of operational roles including major incident response, firearms and Counter Terrorism.

During the last three years of his career, working with cross functional teams from across specialist Military and Government Agencies, he was responsible for developing, delivering and testing the UK Police response strategy to specific Counter Terrorism threats.

Nick holds a Masters Degree in Security, Crisis and Risk Management and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Luca Favetta

Regional Business Director EMEA at PCMA

With broad experience in Integrated Marketing Communication, Strategic and Operational Events Management Luca Favetta is a recognized leader within Meeting and Travel Industry and related Professional Associations. With 25+ years of Corporate events experience in companies like SAP and HP, Luca seats on the advisory board of BEA ( Best Event Awards) and is  faculty member of the Master in Tourism of the University of Milan as well as the ECM (European Cities Marketing) summer school.
